Yellow Shutters

One of the first trips we made after Edith arrived the beginning of August was an exploration of the local sights. Saujac, the Belgian Cross and the Saut de la Monine. Then we came down from the causse into Ambeyrac for a bit of photo-taking. I loved these yellow shutters. They're a rather unusual color for this area, but are so cheery. Edith brought really hot weather with her and the afternoon we spent here was almost oppressively warm. Edith found a way to cool off, though.....

She really wasn't drinking the untreated water, just splashing some on her face to cool off!
Someone else had been using the water, though, and working very hard!
