Fete de la Musique: Seuzac Style

We gathered in the early evening in front of the small, lovely restored church in Seuzac. This is the third year I've been part of the group that sings here on the summer solstice. We set up tables outside and everyone had a nibble and a glass of wine. The setting couldn't have been more pastoral.and beautiful. A perfect summer evening

The men seemed to enjoy the evening. I think they're discussing chainsaws or something!
After everyone was fed and 'watered,' we went into the church to present our program of song. 

Then back out into the superb summer evening for more refreshments and a group sing-a-long. Even the men participated in this as we sang old French favorites.

It was the perfect way to kick off summer. I think even Joan was pleased....
